By accessing or using PostPilot ("the Service") at postpilot.zegobyte.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.

PostPilot is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter/X. The Service includes AI-powered features for content generation, analytics insights, and competitor intelligence.

To use PostPilot, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use PostPilot to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of PostPilot complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of each social media platform you connect. PostPilot is not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts, including suspension or removal, resulting from content you publish through the Service.

PostPilot offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Allow PostPilot to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

PostPilot uses AI models (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to generate captions, hashtags, image prompts, and analytics insights. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publishing. You are solely responsible for all content published through your account, including AI-generated content you choose to use.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through PostPilot. By using the Service, you grant PostPilot a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

The PostPilot platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of PostPilot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

PostPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or inability to access it.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
